About Me

I’m a Northwestern Hobbit from Oregon. When I’m not teaching elementary students, I spend my time deep in fantasy worlds, but also takes thedog on walks and hikes. I’m married to my wife, Bryanna, and we share three soon to be four fur children together. With two cats, one golden retriever and another on the way, there is never a dull moment in the Duke house of fun. Lifelong history nerd, you can also find me building historical models of all shapes and sizes from the past. In short I am a super nerd. Awesome right?!
